Founding
The UEB (International Union of Artisans and Tradespeople) was established under Law No. 3335 with the aim of bringing together artisans and tradespeople on a global scale, particularly from Turkish-speaking countries. Within this framework, the organization aims to develop solutions to the common challenges faced by artisans and small business owners, establish professional standards, foster a culture of entrepreneurship, and help them achieve a stronger position in international competition.
Mission
To support the professional, social, and economic development of artisans and small business owners; to contribute to sustainable development in line with the principles of the Ahilik tradition; and to preserve and pass on to future generations the values of the artisan tradition, which are part of our cultural heritage.
Vision
To be a leading platform that represents a strong, organized, knowledgeable, and competitive small business community on the international stage; and to build a knowledge-based, digitized, inclusive, and innovative small business community.
