This form has been prepared for individuals who wish to apply for a Provincial Representative Office, District Representative Office, or International Representative Office within the International Tradesmen Union (UEB).
All applications are evaluated in accordance with the UEB Constitution, General Regulations, Representative Office Regulations, and other applicable internal policies. Applicants are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. UEB reserves the right to request additional documents or information whenever necessary.
Submitting this application does not constitute approval or appointment as a representative. Each application is reviewed by the relevant committees and becomes effective only upon approval by the UEB Board of Directors. Successful applicants will be officially authorized through the issuance of a Representative Authorization Certificate.
